Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within Puerto Rico and the United States.
We do not offer international shipping or shipping to Europe.

Shipping Costs

The standard shipping rate is $3.99 for Puerto Rico.

We offer free shipping on orders of $36.00 or more (before taxes).

Shipping costs may be subject to change due to adjustments in carrier rates, operational costs, or inflation-related increases.

Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
Shades of April is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Shades of April is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the shipping carrier.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
